Read the threat
Light, cover, sound, and escape routes tell you what a room can become before you commit to it.

Keep moving.
A story-first dark-fantasy horror action RPG about a group of children crossing a kingdom overtaken by a living, coordinated force. Read the room. Control the noise. Hold onto one another. Fight only when it buys a way through.
The premise
Something pale and root-like is moving beneath familiar streets, reshaping homes, roads, and places of refuge.
The children do not begin as heroes. They begin frightened, underprepared, and determined to keep one another moving. Capability is earned slowly, danger remains credible, and every stretch of quiet has weight because the road before it did not.
Enter the worldDesign pillars
Horror stays readable, choices stay consequential, and cooperation is more than extra damage.
Light, cover, sound, and escape routes tell you what a room can become before you commit to it.
Sneak, distract, fight, retreat, or hold close. Survival begins with the decision, not the damage number.
Pressure has readable causes, visible consequences, and recovery that depends on space, safety, and support.
Each child develops within three authored schools, deepening a distinct identity through successful use.
Keeping the group together and supporting one another are core design goals. The strongest answer is often the one that gets everyone through.
A shut door, a quiet room, and a few steady breaths become meaningful rewards after sustained danger.
The survival loop
Every encounter asks the group to understand a space before it asks them to overcome it.
Study sound, light, cover, threats, and exits.
Sneak, distract, separate, fight, or stay together.
Act while noise, Fear, health, mana, and time change.
Find distance, shelter, light, and one another.
Carry the consequence into the next stretch of road.
Current direction
Features and platforms remain subject to change while the project is in prototype development.
Development record
